The Restaurant of Hotel Marina has a long culinary tradition. Every seafood lover will enjoy in the specialities of its renowned Chef Ivica Evačić aka Ivek. He adapts his recipes to the changing seasons and everything is cooked to order – as Ivek never reheats food or uses artificial flavour enhancers on his dishes.
To be consistent with his motto “from the sea to the plate”, all of his seafood is fresh and caught that same day. He relies on the resources of Mother Nature so do not be disappointed if you are not able to get your hands on certain ingredients – we rely only on nature’s gifts.
The restaurant also takes pride in its cold pressed olive oil, which is made of olives from our own grove and is the base for the chef’s culinary masterpieces.
Thanks to our professional approach, sustainable development and integration as well as our efforts to explore the traditional gastronomy, the Restaurant of Hotel Marina is one of the most sought after and popular restaurant on the Slovenian coast.
