Environmental care

We established a waste separation system, natural resource management (card system, bicycle rental, etc.), waste reduction, hazardous waste management, and hazardous detergent and chemical use reduction systems.
We favour seasonal dishes and local suppliers at the Hotel Marina Restaurant. All dishes are prepared according to the living food principle and are enhanced with olive oil with the protected designation of origin of Belvedere Hill.
We are cautious in our choice of new suppliers, and always favour those who respect nature.
