The Hotel Marina Restaurant is known for its Mediterranean cuisine, with a special emphasis on the treasures of the Slovenian Istria and delights from the depths of the Adriatic Sea. You are invited to pay us a visit and surrender yourself to the harmony of flavours of fresh vegetables, succulent fruit and freshly caught fish in the embrace of fragrant herbs. High quality extra virgin olive oil, extracted from olives growing on the hotel olive tree, serves as the basis for the preparation of this offer.
The primary component in the story told in the Hotel Marina Restaurant are ingredients of the highest quality. The head of the restaurant and kitchen, Ivica Evačić-Ivek, puts special emphasis on fresh seasonal food. He prepares food using both traditional and contemporary methods and cooks without using food colouring, preservatives, flavour enhancers and the like. Each dish is prepared individually after the order has been made; no food is prepared in advance and warmed up. "Live cuisine" is the principle followed by Ivek in every step he takes.
Meanwhile, the head of the catering service, Primož Franca, will help you to select the most appropriate wine to complement the dish you choose.
